Who We Are – Our Restaurant Experience

Phil Farrell brings more than fourteen years of experience to the restaurant industry. He has worked for a variety of operations including award-winning establishments written up in Travel Holiday Magazine and Cosmopolitan Magazine. He has worked in every setting from restaurant corporation concept store expansion to top end dinner theater, steaks and prime rib restaurant and a fresh seafood restaurant located near one of the USA’s busiest convention markets.

Phil graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1981. He was hired by the Multnomah County Sheriff’s department. One of his job assignments involved representing 700 employees as the Spokesman/Public Information Officer.

Phil translates his PR and correction’s experience, and his ability to generate high sales, into a training approach geared toward quick results.
